The family of an artist who was stabbed to death by a British plumber at a music festival in Portugal has told of their torture as they discovered his fate. 

Neil Sutcliffe was knifed by fellow reveller Joshua Menkens at a four-day bash called the 'Mad Hatter's Tea Party'.
